Friendship Seminar Program Instructors: Lasse Andersson 7th Dan and Mark Larson 7th Dan
Schedule: July 10-12 start Friday 11:00 end Sunday 15:00
Seminar fee: Three days 1400 SEK two days 1100 SEK.
Payment before first training to Plusgiro 68 89 70 – 3 or Swish 123 57 428 38
Party: Saturday night at Valbergsängen 250 SEK. Please inform when you register about your participation and if you have any food restrictions: allergy, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
Accommodation: Hotels, Hostels and dojo. (Uchi-deshi have priority to the uchi deshi house / dojo during the seminar.)

Examination: Saturday (Application must be submitted at least 1 month in advance)
Other: Bring your own jo, bokken and tanto, sport shoes for outdoor training. (Participants traveling from abroad can borrow weapons).
The seminar is open to everyone, regardless of rank or style.
All participants must be fully insured.
